As an introduction Ataana will be doing 15 minute sessions on March 4th & 5th (Thursday & Friday) on a donation basis.
Ataana recommends having a session on Thursday and you will notice a shift and movement and then return on Friday for a second session. Sessions will fill up quickly, so please call early to reserve a time.
